‘Still In The Game With Roland Martin’ Premieres This Month

Still in the game

Baltimore, Md. – RLTV announced Aug. 1 that Still in the Game with Roland Martin is premiering in syndication this month. The RLTV-commissioned show focuses on the second careers of some of the top professional athletes of our time.

In the premiere episode, Roland Martin interviews former WNBA star Nancy “Lady Magic” Lieberman and NFL Hall of Fame running back, Emmitt Smith. Martin explores their path to reinvention since leaving the pro-sports spotlight.

“Roland is an award-winning journalist and recognized leader and influencer in the African-American community,” said Roy Ennis, General Manager at RLTV. “We are excited about working with him and sharing the inspiring stories of some incredible athletes.”

“When our athletic heroes retire, they still are relatively young,” said Martin. “I’ve always been fascinated how these ultra competitive people find something in their next professional life to match or exceed what they did in sports. Still In The Game will provide us a great window into their new life.”

Still in the Game with Roland Martin is premiering in markets nationwide including WABC in New York on August 13 at 2:00 PM ET. Still in the Game is a production of JF Corp, Nu Vision Media, ACE MEDIA CORP, and RLTV. Allied Media Partners managed local syndication efforts.
