season

If you are a football fan, then you will be counting down the days until the season starts up again; less than two months to go. One of the reasons is that you get to cheer on your team, and each weekend when they play, can feel like Thanksgiving or Christmas all over again. Good food, good company, good drinks, and a good game; what more is there to enjoy? With more and more of us getting bigger and better television screens, NFL or college game time really can be a time to come together as a family and enjoy some time together.

TV or Projector

Having a TV is a must for the football season; it just isn’t the same when it comes to watching it on a phone or tablet. So if you are in need of a new one, then now could be the time to get it, ready for the start of the games. Second of all, if you are hosting a party and want to take it to the next level, have you ever thought of using a projector before? This could be displayed on a wall in the home, or even outside in the yard on warmer days. So much fun!

Soundbar

Of course, a TV or projector are just the visual image. But it can make the experience even better if you are able to have some amazing surround sound too. So getting speakers or a soundbar can be a great addition for a really great atmosphere on game day.

Football Jerseys

Being able to wear your team’s jersey with pride is a great way to get you in the mood for the game. Have you got your team’s current one? If you don’t have a particular team, then you could get some custom football jerseys made for the family to enjoy each week. It helps you to get in the mood, and can be used for casual or exercise clothing too.

Drinks Fridge

Having plenty of drinks on hand is going to be handy when you’re watching a game. If they are all off in another room, you might miss something important. Which is why more and more people are getting mini-fridges, or drinks fridges, to have for events just like this. They can be plugged into the room that you’re in, and stocked full of drinks.

Deep Fryer

It is amazing just how many things you can deep fry nowadays. From ice cream to candy bars, as well as hot dogs or chicken. And for a real game day treat, this is the kind of thing you want to have. A real novelty, as well as being quick to make and easy to grab.

Have you got any other game day essentials for the upcoming season? It would be great to hear what you think.
