Chick-Fil-A Football Kick Off Game Time Announced

it was just announced that the UNC-Georgia game to kick off at 5:30pm on ESPN for the Chick-Fil-A Kickoff Game. The two teams will meet on September 3rd for the first time since 1971 to be the first game of the 2016-17 season. UNC has lost to the last three out of four SEC teams they have faced with the last win coming back in the 2010 season in double OT vs Tennessee. I believe that Larry Fedora, Ryan Switzer, and Mitch Trubisky can help lead a high-powered offense very far this season. If Coach Gene Chizik can solidify the guys on the defensive side of the ball, I believe UNC could land right back in the ACC Championship game next year. The biggest issue is finding leadership after their two defensive captains, linebackers Shakeel Rashad and Jeff Schoettmer, have graduated. There has been a number of new faces to Carolina that could help out on the defensive end, but only time will tell. I expect Jonathan Smith to be one of the more impressive freshmen this year. He is a hard-worker and is smart enough football-wise to help bring depth to the depleted linebacker position.
