On Saturday, the show hosted more celebrities than ever. Actor and former model Tyson Beckford filled the stage at 1 pm with his delectable presence and style. Beckford talked to fans about his successful modeling career and current nonprofit organization. There was also a meet and greet held briefly after for additional questions and photos. Tyson Beckford first rose to fame as a Ralph Lauren Polo model, and has since hosted the Bravo show, Make Me a Supermodel and appeared in the National RESPECT! Campaign against domestic violence. He also earned credits as an actor and producer for box office hits “Into the Blue” and “Zoolander.” Currently, Beckford serves as an ambassador for the nonprofit Kick 4 Life, an organization that uses the power of soccer to engage vulnerable youth in holistic care and support in Lesotho in southern Africa. “I’ve always loved sports and soccer. This organization has been a childhood dream,” says Beckford.

Dr. Kevin Campbell (shown in photo), who resides in Raleigh, and frequently appears on The Fox News and other media, filled the stage with his stellar moves and creating a fundraiser through Dancing With The Stars benefiting the National Inclusion Project. Sunday was “Mother and Daughter Day” presented by Southern Biscuit. Those 100 special ladies first in line received a $5.00 Belk gift card. Chevrolet was the official vehicle for the Southern Women’s Show which I participated in the free test drive for a $10.00 gift card from Target. I enjoyed visiting over 200 vendors and the glam I received from Belk. The Benefit brand of makeup was very enlightening to have my brows and face made by Rachel, a freelance artist for the company.
