[VIDEO] Duke G Tre Jones Speaks on His Career-Night

Durham, NC – Duke defeated Georgia State in the second game of the 2K Empire Classic 74-63. It was a close game all night but Duke found an unlikely source to pull them to victory, Tre Jones.

The sophomore guard has always been known for his ability to drive the offense and control the tempo of the game, but scoring was certainly not at the top of that list.

When the Apple Valley, Minnesota-native returned for year two, people were shocked. But Jones had the mindset that he would return to Duke for one more season to work on becoming more aggressive in the scoring department to make his assist game run a lot smoother.

After scoring a career-high 31 points against Georgia State on Friday, Jones spoke to the media to discuss his career-night.
