Duke Women’s Basketball Primed for ACC Tipoff

DURHAM, N.C. – Duke women’s basketball head coach Kara Lawson, sophomore Reigan Richardson and senior Celeste Taylor will represent the Blue Devils at the 2022 ACC Tipoff on Tuesday, Oct. 11 in Charlotte, N.C.

Lawson, Richardson, and Taylor will attend the preseason event alongside the respective head coaches and selected student-athletes from the other 14 ACC women’s basketball programs. ACC Network will provide full-day coverage of the event live from The Westin Charlotte from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.

Taylor is one of nine returning letterwinners for the Blue Devils, while Richardson is one of eight newcomers to the 2022-23 squad.

Duke gets the season rolling on Nov. 5 at 1 p.m., with an exhibition game against Indiana University of Pennsylvania, before officially opening the 2022-23 regular season on Nov. 9 against North Carolina A&T at 11 a.m., live on ACC Network Extra.
