UPDATE: Durham Police Arrest Wanted Man in Felony Larcenies
DURHAM, NC – (UPDATE) The US Marshalls Task Force arrested Danny Goldston in Raleigh, North Carolina, on March 9, 2023. In addition to the Felony Larceny charges, Goldston was wanted for Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Simple Assault, Discharge of Firearm within the City Limits, and Injury to Personal Property. Goldston is the suspect in the March 1, 2023, robbery of National Jewelry and Pawn in the 3100 block of Hillsborough Road in which one round was fired in the business. He is currently in the Durham County Jail under a 152,500.00 bond.

Durham Police Search for Wanted Man in Felony Larcenies
The Durham Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance with locating a man wanted in connection with two larcenies.
Danny Thomas Goldston, 36, of Wendell is wanted for two counts of felony larceny.
Officers were dispatched to a larceny at National Pawn and Jewelry number four at 3407 North Roxboro Street shortly before 5:55 p.m., on January 27. When they arrived, officers were told that Goldston asked to view a $5000-dollar necklace and a $2,600-dollar charm. Goldston immediately fled the scene once he had the items in his possession.
Officers were dispatched to the second larceny at National Pawn and Jewelry number one at 2334 Guess Road shortly before 5:00 p.m., on February 10. When they arrived, officers were told that Goldston asked to view an article of jewelry. Goldston was handed a gold link chain with a value of $7,189 dollars. Goldston immediately fled the scene once he had the gold link chain in his possession.
