JACKSONVILLE, FL – Bulls center fielder Greg Jones drove in a run and left fielder Kameron Misner scored on a wild pitch, while C Paul McIntosh drove in two runs in Jacksonville’s 3-2 victory over the Durham Bulls on Thursday evening at Financial Ballpark.

Both teams went scoreless until the seventh when McIntosh drove in his first run of the evening. Jones put the Bulls on the board in the ninth when he recorded his 14th RBI. Misner scored on a wild pitch in the next frame to give Durham a 2-1 lead. McIntosh drove in his second run before 1B Dane Myers clutched the game-winning RBI in the tenth.

Jacksonville reliever Geoff Hartlieb (1.0 IP, 1 H, 1 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 0 SO) earned the victory, while Durham’s Calvin Faucher (0.2 IP, 2 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 2 SO) suffered the loss.

The two teams are set to continue their series on Friday evening, with first pitch scheduled for 7:05pm ET. RHP Evan McKendry is anticipated to get the nod for Durham and be opposed by RHP Chi Chi Gonzalez.

After that series, Durham returns home to Durham Bulls Athletic Park on Monday, July 4 to start a six-game series versus the Norfolk Tides, the Triple-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. First pitch for that contest is scheduled for 6:35pm.
