DURHAM, N.C.  — The Durham Police Department has made arrests of four of the ten criminals on its ‘Most Wanted’ list for the month of August 2023.

The department is reaching out to the public and encouraging anyone with information to come forward.

Crime: Hit & Run Serious Injury/Death

 

Daniel Bailey

Date of Birth: 09/22/1984

Crime: Assault Inflicting Serious Injury

 

Samuel Price

Date of Birth: 08/06/1968

Crime: Breaking and Entering of Motor Vehicle

 

Omar Abdo

Date of Birth: 03/14/2003

Crime: Attempted 1st-Degree Murder

 

 

Ronnie Parrish

Date of Birth: 03/13/1984

Crime: Felony Larceny

 

Edward Guterl

Date of Birth: 08/25/1977

Crime: Breaking and Entering

 

Abimael Dionicio

Date of Birth: 03/14/1986

Crime: AWDWISI (Aggravated Assault)
