The NCAA’s 2024-25 Postgraduate Internship Program cohort recently began their yearlong work experience at the national office in Indianapolis. The intern class comprises 34 college graduates, including 26 former student-athletes.

The Postgraduate Internship Program is a unique opportunity that annually provides on-the-job learning experiences to college graduates passionate about a college sports administration career. With a particular focus on ethnic minorities, women, and former student-athletes, the program offers a rare insight into the inner workings of college sports from a national perspective.

NCAA postgraduate interns receive comprehensive training, mentoring assignments, and networking opportunities. In their first week at the NCAA, current interns engaged with leaders of the Big Ten Conference, Riddell, Wilson Sporting Goods, and Northwestern.
