Durham Police Seek Suspect After Man Fatally Shot on North Hyde Park Avenue

DURHAM, NC – A tragic event unfolded late Monday night as 40-year-old Marquis Sinclair of Durham was fatally shot in the area of North Hyde Park Avenue and Holloway Street. The incident occurred around 11:35 p.m., and Sinclair was rushed to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
