Community Concerns

The incident has sparked concern among parents and educators in the area. A local teacher, Kaylee Rochelle, emphasized the emotional toll such threats impose. “Schools are meant to be safe havens for children who face battles we may not even see,” Rochelle said. “It’s unsettling that we even have to think about protecting students from such dangers.”

Parents have echoed similar sentiments, calling the situation “disturbing” and drawing parallels to previous tragic school shootings in the United States. “No child should have to risk their life while attending school,” one parent said.
