The heartbreaking case has taken a new turn as a Harnett County Grand Jury handed down indictments against Jasmine Zhane Snead, 30, and Jauon Malik McKoy, 31.

A Tragic Incident Unfolds

The devastating incident unfolded on April 9, 2023, when Harnett County deputies responded to a call about an unresponsive child receiving CPR at her home. Paramedics transported the toddler to a hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries five days later, on April 14.
