Raleigh Police Seek Public’s Help in Identifying Murder Suspect

RALEIGH, N.C. – The Raleigh Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the suspect responsible for the murder of 36-year-old Kevin J. Tindall.

CrimeStoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the suspect’s arrest.

Incident Timeline

  • January 1, 2025 – 6:15 AM: Raleigh Police responded to a reported shooting in the 1600 block of Poole Road. Upon arrival, officers found an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
  • January 1, 2025 – 9:37 AM: Authorities confirmed that the victim, later identified as Kevin J. Tindall, succumbed to his injuries. The case is now being investigated as a homicide.

Ongoing Investigation

Detectives are actively gathering evidence and working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting. No arrests have been made at this time.
