Raleigh Police Investigate Late-Night Shooting on Sawyer Road
RALEIGH, N.C. – The Raleigh Police Department is investigating a Friday night shooting that left an adult male with life-threatening injuries in the 1400 block of Sawyer Road.

Time: 10:03 p.m.
Location: 1400 block of Sawyer Road
Officers responded to reports of gunfire and found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency responders transported him to the hospital, where he remains in critical condition.

No arrests have been made at this time. Officers and detectives are actively collecting evidence and working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
