Two Women Injured in Overnight Shooting Outside Raleigh’s Libido Bar & Lounge
RALEIGH, NC – Two women were injured during a shooting early Sunday morning outside a Raleigh nightclub. Officers with the Raleigh Police Department responded at 1:01 a.m. on June 29 to a reported shooting at Libido Bar & Lounge, located in the 3100 block of Calvary Drive.
Upon arrival, officers found an adult female victim suffering from a gunshot wound. She was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Approximately six minutes later, police responded to a second shooting call at the intersection of Spring Forest Road and Capital Boulevard. Officers determined that this was a second female victim, also struck by gunfire during the incident on Calvary Drive. She, too, was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No Arrests Yet
No suspects have been taken into custody. Raleigh Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
