RALEIGH, NC — An early morning shooting on Lake Hill Drive has left one man with life-threatening injuries, according to the Raleigh Police Department.

Incident Details

On Monday, August 18, 2025, at 4:57 a.m., Raleigh police responded to a call reporting a shooting in the 6600 block of Lake Hill Drive. When officers arrived, they discovered an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
