NCCU Theatre Dept. Presents “Best of Enemies”

Donations AcceptedNorth Carolina Central University Department of Theatre brings “Best of Enemies,” based on the novel “The Best of Enemies: Race and Redemption in the New South” by bestselling author Osha Gray Davidson, to the stage.
The story, set in Durham, explores the relationship between C.P. Ellis, a grand cyclops of the Ku Klux Klan, and Ann Atwater, an African-American civil rights activist, during the desegregation of the city’s public schools in 1971.

- Fri., Oct. 4, 5, 11 at 8 p.m.
- Sun., Oct. 6, 13 at 3 p.m.
- Sat., Oct. 12, 8 to 10 p.m.

Donations will be accepted at the door. For more information, please call the NCCU Department of Theatre at 919-530-6242. Paid public parking is available in Latham Parking Deck, 705 E. Lawson Street. The cost is $1.00 per hour and the pay station accepts credit cards and/or cash as forms of payment.
