ReBuild Communities NC Christmas & Kwanza Shopping Bazaar

Rebuild Communities NC (RBC) will present its inaugural Christmas & Kwanzaa Shopping Bazaar on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, from 3 pm – 9 pm in the Vance Granville Community College Civic Center. The Bazaar will include vendors selling African and Afro-centric clothing, jewelry, artifacts and merchandise, exhibitors, non-partisan voter registration and live entertainment provided by local and regional performers.

Rebuild Communities NC’s mission is to address barriers to growth and development of healthy, safe, and affordable communities in minority and low wealth neighborhoods. RBC creates and supports Community Development Housing Initiatives and Economic Development Coalitions. RBC promotes positive aspects of African American History and Culture to increase community awareness of AA contributions. RBC provides workforce development training, homebuyer education, financial literacy, fair housing/lending education, and small/women-owned business entrepreneurship programs to assist in economic mobility and wealth creation.

Proceeds from the Rebuild Communities NC Christmas & Kwanzaa Shopping Bazaar will go towards the renovation of the Small Business Incubator and the RBC annual Fundraiser for Community Engagement.
