Shaw University presents NABJ Basics Bootcamp w/ Journalist April Ryan

Shaw University will host NABJ (National Association of Black Journalists) Basics Bootcamp on February 15 – 16, 2019.  Bootcamp is an intense two-day training that will discuss how to  balance writing an article with the increased need to utilize multiple media platforms; session panels will include a cross-section of working journalists and Shaw University faculty. On Friday night, NABJ will present noted White House correspondent and NABJ Journalist of the Year April Ryan. Ryan will speak at 7:00 p.m. at the Estey Hall Auditorium on Shaw University’s campus.
