Vinnie-Dangerous

Featured Artist Of The Week: Vinnie-Dangerous (#Motiv8Mondays)

Born December 1, 1992 in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Vincent “Vinnie-Dangerous” Finney III began writing his first rap songs at the age of 7 in secrecy. At the age of 11 after a conversation with his father, he decided to turn his once hobby and outlet into a future music career.

He began producing at the age of 14 and song writing and graphic design at 18. His musical influences range from 2pac, Outkast, Jay-Z, Michael Jackson, T-Pain, and Joe Budden among others.

Since deciding to pursue a career in music, he has performed in front of the Obama Administration (2012), has opened up for professional hip-hop artist Cyhi The Prynce (2013), received two Carolina Music Award nominations (2014 & 2015), and has been featured on about 20 different independent music blogs and publications.

Vinnie-Dangerous also hosts the MNSMG presents…. “DANGEROUS MINDS” YouTube series. On the weekly episodic audio podcast he talks about whatever comes to mind…sports, political, news and especially music! Every Sunday At 8pm.

In a music industry that seems to lack originality, Vinnie-Dangerous has been regarded by fans and critics alike as one of the must versatile, original and creative independent artists to come out of the North Carolina music scene.
