Shaw University Divinity School Hosts 46th Annual Alexander-Pegues Ministers Conference
Raleigh, NC – Shaw University Divinity School will host the 46th Annual Alexander-Pegues Ministers Conference entitled “Awakening: A Historic National Gathering to Rise to the Present Moment” April 10-12. Taking place in the Thomas J. Boyd Chapel in the heart of campus (118 E. South Street), the conference will provide training and encouragement for leaders who seek to reach their highest potential in service.
The lineup of speakers and presenters include nationally-recognized clergymen and civil rights activists Rev. Al Sharpton, Rev. Dr. Otis Moss, III and Dr. Leonza Lynch, as well as local and regional ministerial leaders. Presentations will range from social justice, political issues as they may affect the church, and engaging in entrepreneurial thinking and community development.
