Black Mental Health Counselor Says She Was Falsely Charged, Framed By White Police Officer
RALEIGH, NC – Dora P. Bullock, a Black, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in good standing in the state of North Carolina, says that she was falsely charged and unlawfully framed by a White male police officer, while experiencing a medical emergency in July 2018 at a police checkpoint in the city of Creedmoor, NC. Bullock asserts that Creedmoor Police Officer, Robert P. Varn, retaliated against her by filing the false charges, because she had filed a previous complaint against him in January 2017.
In addition to the violation of her U.S. Constitutional Rights under the First, Fifth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments by Officer Varn, Bullock asserts that the Record will show that she has also been a victim of judicial injustice from September 2018 through October 2020 to due process of law.
Bullock maintains that she was denied U.S. Constitutional Rights, as guaranteed under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, to defend herself against the false charges; serious threats to her good, professional reputation. She affirms that every level of the North Carolina Judicial System denied her the aforementioned guaranteed rights. Her final denial of justice in October 2020, was by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Western Division, who rejected and dismissed all of the valid and relevant evidence that fully supported her case. This court upheld the corrupt actions of the defendants to destroy her 40+ year outstanding, good and clean driving record.
Bullock posits that the denial of justice on every judicial level in the state of North Carolina, including the federal level, is a very real problem for Black Americans, and people of color in this state. She affirmed that these were proven facts in her state and federal court cases. She expressed her belief that her race, Black, and age 65, were critical factors in the denial of her plight for justice.
According to Bullock, systemic racism, and police misconduct, in addition to judicial injustice, are very real problems for Black Americans, and people of color in North Carolina. She highlighted problems with racial profiling by police in the city of Creedmoor.
Bullock affirms that the proof and validation of the injustices against her being falsely charged can be found in her 06-24-2019 Brief to N.C. Court of Appeals, Case No. 19-503, and Complaint and Case Documents dated 03-12-2020, 04-21-2020, and 05-21-2020, respectively, to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Western Division, Case No. 5:20-CV-96-D.
According to Bullock, the lack, or absence of justice and equality in America, will keep its people divided. The lack or absence of unity and diversity will keep its people divided.
She says that there must be a demand for judicial oversight, transparency, and accountability of all judges, and judicial systems in this country. Judicial injustice against natural-born, tax-paying citizens should absolutely not be tolerated or allowed. There must be changes to any law or practice that will deny a natural-born citizen, and taxpayer, regardless of their race, access to the fair and impartial administration of justice.
“As Black Americans and people of color, we demand equal justice under the law. We support the United States of America, as mandated, with our tax dollars, as well. This is also our country,” she comments.
