Acclaimed Harlem Chef JJ on this week’s episode of JUST EATS WITH CHEF JJ pays homage to his hometown of Harlem with some classic uptown staples by preparing decadent Sticky BBQ Ribs served with Smashed Sweet Potatoes. In addition to the amazing pairing, Chef JJ shares his extra-crispy fried chicken and deep-dish French Toast recipes to showcase his substitute for Chicken and Waffles. With this mouthwatering cuisine, Chef JJ beautifully places his pride for Harlem on the plate! JUST EATS WITH CHEF JJ airs on Saturday, February 28 at 9 P.M. ET/8C.
