CLEO TV will air Culture Kitchen, a fun, upbeat lifestyle show hosted by popular Chef Bren Herrera on Saturday, October 2 at 9 P.M. ET/8C. Chef Bren shares how she can infuse those bold Latin flavors into plant-based dishes as well.

This week, viewers see the versatility of the Culture Kitchen with a vibrantly colored Roasted Veggie Plate topped a homemade Beet Juice Meringue. The champion of the meal is Chef Bren’s Vegan Dumplings. She combines plant-based beef with finely chopped Napa cabbage, carrots, and a handful of aromatics to create a delectably tasty dish. In addition to the vegan-friendly meal, Herrera offers a healthy meal replacement smoothie recipe for her viewers on the go!

Herrera is an award-winning celebrity chef, TV personality, entrepreneur, actress, author with an infectious ability to curate and tell stories that matter.
