Duke to Square Off Against Georgia in Inaugural ACC/SEC Women’s Challenge
DURHAM – Duke women’s basketball learned its opponent for the 2023 ACC/SEC Women’s Challenge, as the ACC and SEC Conference offices, in coordination with ESPN, announced the matchups for the inaugural interconference challenge Wednesday morning.
The Blue Devils will square off against Georgia on Thursday, Nov. 30 at 5 p.m. ET. TV designations for the contest will be announced at a later date. Duke holds a 4-0 record in the all-time series against the Bulldogs with all four meetings taking place at neutral sites. The Blue Devils last played Georgia in the second round of the 2018 NCAA Tournament, posting a 66-40 victory.
Duke enters year one of the ACC/SEC Challenge after going 12-3 all-time in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.
