‘Sins of The City’ Taps Charlotte, NC To Explore Tale Of “Taco Bell Killer” This Week
This week, on a new episode of Sins of The City, experts break down the mysterious killings of multiple young Black women in a popular North Carolina town. Various experts, community leaders, family members, and the like, provide real-life perspectives and insight into the cities profiled this season. The true-crime docu-series Sins of The City airs this Thursday, July 22 at 9 pm ET/8C on TV One.
This episode of Sins of the City pieces together evidence of the ironic serial killings of young Black women across the quaint region of East Charlotte. Charlotte is a collegiate sports town with a familiar Southern feel, therefore, these horrific events are abnormal to this community. However, things become even more strange when the killers’ connection to the infamous Taco Bell chain surfaces. With the community placing immense pressure on the local police department, it becomes imperative for them to resolve this case quickly.
