Disguised in Amazon Vest, Suspect Robs Raleigh Bank and Flees With Cash
RALEIGH, NC – Raleigh Police are searching for a suspect who wore an Amazon vest and carried an Amazon bag while committing an armed robbery at Fifth Third Bank, located at 621 East Six Forks Road, on Tuesday, May 14, 2025.
Brazen Afternoon Robbery
At approximately 3:32 PM, officers responded to a call reporting an armed robbery involving a firearm. According to investigators, the suspect entered the bank wearing a blue Amazon delivery vest and carrying an Amazon-branded plastic bag, demanded money from employees, and fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Surveillance Images Released


Raleigh Police have released surveillance images (shown here) of the suspect inside the bank and a photo of the vehicle believed to be used in the getaway. The suspect’s disguise and timing have raised alarm among local residents and law enforcement officials.
