MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The holidays are getting a soulful upgrade with Never Alone for Christmas: Memphis, a BET+ Original film that blends heart, humor, and harmony in a story of love rediscovered and community reborn. This new installment in the Never Alone for Christmas franchise delivers a fresh cast, original music, and plenty of Memphis magic.
A Story of Heart, Healing, and Holiday Harmony
In Never Alone for Christmas: Memphis, two women with big hearts, a dating coach, and a once-great Beale Street blues singer find themselves unexpectedly alone during the holidays. Together, they embark on a journey to rekindle love, reclaim purpose, and rediscover the joy of connection in the city where rhythm and soul never fade.
The film stars Melissa L. Williams (Ruthless, The Oval) as Monica Montgomery, Juhahn Jones (A La Carte) as Joe, K. Michelle (Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta) as Melody Blue, Chris Sakyi as Pierre St. Clair, and Tom Arnold (True Lies) as Skip Applegate.
Adding to the festive vibe, K. Michelle performs two original holiday songs — “Christmas Blues” and “Never Gonna Be Alone for Christmas (Remix)” — both created exclusively for the film.
The film will stream exclusively on BET+ beginning Thursday, December 11, expanding on the legacy of the 2023 original Never Alone for Christmas.

Directed and written by Kenny Young, the screenplay is based on a story by Young, Phil James, and Ned Nalle. The score is composed by Christopher Cano and Chris Ridenhour, with production by Ned Nalle, Gregory “Grits” Carter, Phil James, and Nicholas Lyon.
