Henderson Teen Arrested After 22-Mile Chase in Stolen Infiniti; Linked to Raleigh Triple Shooting
HENDERSON, NC – A 19-year-old Henderson man wanted in connection with a wild October triple shooting in Raleigh was captured Thursday morning (Feb. 5) after leading officers on a 22-mile chase through Vance and Warren counties in a stolen luxury vehicle.
The arrest came after a dramatic pursuit that ended on a dead-end road — and a successful K-9 track through the woods.
Chase Began in Henderson
According to the Henderson Police Department, officers spotted a white Infiniti Q50 displaying a North Carolina temporary tag around 9:30 a.m. Thursday on Chestnut Street.
When officers attempted a traffic stop, the driver allegedly:
- Refused to stop
- Accelerated rapidly
- Drove recklessly through multiple city streets
Police confirmed the Infiniti had been reported stolen from Raleigh.
Pursuit Crossed County Lines
The chase extended from Henderson into eastern Vance County and then into Warren County.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office reported the suspect entered their jurisdiction on Vicksboro Road, then traveled:
- Shepard Road
- U.S. Highway 401
- Parktown Road
- Limertown Road
The pursuit ended when the driver turned onto East Kearney Road, a dead-end street.
Suspect Fled Into Woods — K-9 Team Responded

Authorities say the suspect abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot into a wooded area.
Detective D. Powell and K-9 Ivor were deployed to track the suspect.
By approximately 10:19 a.m., deputies had located and taken into custody Savioun Antwon Williams, 19, of Henderson.
His first name has been spelled both “Savion” and “Savioun” in official releases, but Raleigh police and North Carolina court records confirm the spelling as Savioun.
Williams is currently in the custody of the Henderson Police Department. Warren County officials say additional charges are pending.
Prior Charges and Shooting Investigation
Court records show Williams was already out on a $20,000 bond stemming from June 2025 charges involving possession of a stolen firearm and stolen vehicle in Vance County.
Authorities also confirm he is wanted in connection with an October 2025 triple shooting in Raleigh. Details surrounding that incident have not yet been released in this report.
The investigation remains ongoing.
